He has lived across the Southland from the Valley to Venice; DTLA to the Malibu coast, giving him an innate knowledge of the city’s diverse topography. Before real estate, Evan built a high-profile career at the intersection of movies and tech, helping launch iconic films at Disney and creating the "Certified Fresh" rating at Rotten Tomatoes—the gold standard in reviews.
