Marc began his career at Mortimer Investments LTD in London, England, serving as assistant to the firm’s managing director in both the investment and development divisions. During his tenure, he was involved in locating, purchasing, and negotiating across all facets of investment, development, property management, and sales.
His first Los Angeles development was 717 N. Highland Avenue, a 31-unit live-work loft project in which he played a key role in the purchase, design, construction, and eventual sale. Additional projects include 530 and 636 Larchmont Boulevard, as well as 833 S. Spring Street, which he reimagined and redeveloped into the Primrose Design Building, serving as both leasing and ultimately listing agent.
In 2016 alone, Marc successfully sold three hotels in Downtown Los Angeles, one of which he co-owned, and went on to join a firm focused on purchasing, renovating, and selling more than 20 residential properties in Beverly Hills and the Westside. His passion for beautiful homes and dedication to helping clients achieve their goals continue to drive his success today.
Among his notable achievements, Marc recently closed a $16,500,000 transaction at 9454 Highridge Drive in Beverly Hills Post Office, representing both buyer and seller.
