Randall Reynolds

Director of Marketing | Real Estate Advisor

Get to Know Me

For more than fifteen years, Randall Reynolds has thrived as a key changemaker in Southern California's luxe real estate industry. As an award-winning Director of Marketing for some of the most highly regarded luxury brands in real estate, Randall has successfully marketed more than 3,450 homes for sale—surpassing an astonishing $4 Billion in inventory—in and around the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. Randall remains privileged to work alongside the iconic Sally Forster Jones, leading all print and digital marketing efforts for one of the most revered teams in the nation.

Randall's involvement in some of the most important sales in LA County has been crucial, from Encino's second-most expensive home ever sold to Bel Air's third-highest on-market transaction in 2023. His wealth of market knowledge, depth of expertise, and keen acumen empower him to provide the best possible real estate experience to his team, clients, and industry peers.

Randall is one of the only real estate agents in Los Angeles to have received formal training in advertising (with a degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu) plus direct ad agency experience. With an inherent knack for precision, Randall approaches and navigates each listing and marketing process with ease. His taste for the finest and the exceptional drives him forward.

In 2025, Randall Reynolds won a coveted advertising industry award for his creativity and execution of a strategic public relations campaign—an absolute, unheard-of rarity for any marketer in the real estate industry. The Hermes Creative Awards—administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals and named for the Greek god rather than the fashion brand—are awarded annually to honor "the messengers and creators of traditional and emerging media." Along with his broker's national press lead, Randall expertly branded The Glass Ladies in Venice, California, giving the three neighboring homes a collective identity that garnered 60 top-tier media placements and reached a combined audience of over 172 million unique visitors per month (UVM). Randall's brilliant idea to position these offerings after San Francisco's iconic Painted Ladies even landed his team in the prestigious PLATINUM category! Having started his career in the advertising industry, this honor was a full-circle moment that cemented his standing as a thought-forward leader in real estate and marketing. Past and current winners include media companies, ad agencies, PR firms, universities, and global brands and Fortune 500 companies such as Hilton, Paramount Pictures, and PepsiCo.

Randall actively promotes and contributes to civil rights and human rights causes—with a specific focus on LGBT+ issues (yes, transgender people exist, and they deserve our respect, support, and love).

At the ripe age of 16, Randall won an international website header design contest held by Microsoft (although he forever remains an Apple enthusiast). As an especially tech-savvy Millennial, Randall also enjoys resolving tech issues for both Baby Boomers and Gen Z alike.
